For those of you not familiar with virtual offices we will explain the high level items you can expect in a Legacy Office Centers virtual office plan. Please note that we have several plans that include or exclude items and vary in price respectively.
A Legacy Office Centers virtual office plan may include use of our prestigious Forum building address, phone number for your business, live answering local operator and conference room hours. The best plan we offer includes all three at very competitive rates.
What is the biggest difference between a virtual office and an executive suite plan?
The office! Virtual offices are the next best thing for your company if you don’t need a physical office. Many companies from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 firms opt to have a location with Legacy Office Centers if only to use our address. Our plans are tailored to the San Antonio market and take into consideration that not ever enterprise needs a physical office space.
Will we be able to use other services if we opt for a virtual office plan?
Yes you are still entitled to use our administrative and secretarial services as a virtual office plan client. The best way to find support for your business is to contact our office and discuss your needs. We will then provide you with the type of service we assess best suits your needs and the cost.
Are we able to upgrade from a virtual office plan to an executive suites office before our term expires?
We will be happy to help you select your executive suite at Legacy Office Centers and will give you priority access as a current virtual office plan client. The process is similar to when you first signed for a virtual office. The biggest difference is whether you want a window suite or inner executive suite. Please let us know what your needs are and we will help you select the best possible options for your executive suite.
