(100 calls thereafter @ $.50 per call); Installation fee - $75.00; Deposit required - equal to the first month's plan.

Plan C - $250 Receptionist answering your phone number with your Company Name and directing your calls M-F 8am - 5pm, after 5pm and on weekends calls are forwarded to your voice mail. (100 calls, therafter @$.50 per call); Incoming Mail Service with Forum's Prestigious Address; Installation fee - $100; Deposit required - equal to the first month's plan.

Plan D - $400 Receptionist answering your phone number with your Company Name M-F from 8am - 5pm; after 5pm and on weekends calls are forwarded to voice mail (100 calls thereafter @ $.50 per call); Incoming mail Service with Forum's Prestigious Address; 5 Hours of Conference Room use monthly, and additional Conference Room usage at $50/hr., 8-5 M-F, after 5PM and on weekends at $75/hr.
